Coaching on weaving pastry into a beautiful lattice pattern is the highlight of the class. Stephanie Lentz reveals her secret weapon to ensure dough consistency for textbook results every time.
Besides acquiring the skills to make single, double, and lattice pie crusts, students will also be given exclusive access to three of Stephanie’s signature filling recipes: sweet fruit, savory pot, and plant-based quiche.
